Where is Edinburgh Central lets based ?

We are based in Edinburgh city centre so we have excellent local knowledge of Edinburgh locations and can advise you on where is best to stay.

We have also been to see the apartment and meet the owner or manager so we can best advise on any specific questions you may have.


Is a deposit required to book an apartment?

Yes, Edinburgh Central lets takes a 10% deposit to book any of the apartments on the website. This can be taken from a debit or credit card securely through our terminal or By Pay Pal.


Who do I pay the balance to?

The remaining balance for the booking is due to the owner of the booking normally 56 days before arrival.
The owner's details will be provided on the confirmation. and deposit paid.
The owner let you know when and how to pay the balance due.


What happens after I book?

After receiving the confirmation, the owner will be in contact about the balance and key collection. But contact via email or phone if you have not been contacted with in 24hrs


What are the terms of booking?

Edinburgh central lets terms and conditions are provided on the web site. In order to book you must agree the terms and conditions.


What do you do with my information?

Your details are passed to the owner to contact you excluding your credit or debit card details.


What are the check in times and can I arrive early or have a late arrival?

Check in for most apartments is from 2-3pm till 9pm and check out is by 10-11am. If you require and early or late arrival you must request at the time of reservation as it is not always possible to oblige and there may be an extra charge.


I have an early arrival or late departure where can I keep my bags?

There is a left luggage at platform 2 Waverly station and close to the Air link to the airport.


Where can I pick up the keys?

As arrival times are varied:

1 - Some one may travel to the apartment to meet you on arrival

2 - The keys may get sent to your home address once payment has been  made and advice given by phone as to any questions you may have on arrival

3 - The keys may be collected from a designated pick up point  and again contact made by phone
