Cancellation Policy - 20% Secures your reservation by Paypal, cheque or bank transfer and full payment must be made 56 days before arrival date, any bookings made within 56 days must be paid in full. Late/No payment may result in your booking being cancelled. Deposits are refunded at our discretion. If the booking is cancelled by yourself at any time within 56 days of arrival you will forfeit the full payment.

Arrival time is 3:00pm and 10.30am for departing. If you depart later than 10.30am without agreeing before hand then you will be charged an additional night.
